Why I wrote this book

Have you had a heart attack or do you suffer from a heart condition ... or do you know someone who has?

Travels with My Heart is designed as an antidote to the shock and depression that often follows a cardiac incident. Written in a light-hearted way, this book is deadly serious about the value of adventurous and unusual travel as a route to mental and physical recovery.

The book is packed with travel and health information, plus lovely descriptions of the author's own travel adventures.

He has worked as a local newspaper reporter, editor of several obscure trade magazines, a village shopkeeper and as a political lobbyist.
