Why I wrote this book
I have a tendency, usually when I’m down the pub, to rant about subjects in a very tongue-in-cheek way. I often make people laugh with my satirical opinion on things. One day I thought it would be a good idea to write some of my rants down and publish them on my website. Because the website soon became successful and I had a rather large collection of rants, I thought it would be a good idea to publish some of them as a book.
I love writing and have developed quite a passion for it over the last couple of years. Most of the rants/articles are on subjects that most people have an opinion on so I’m hoping that readers will be able to relate to most of what is being said. They are intended to be humorous and entertaining so my hope is people will find enjoyment out of it.
Because this is a collection of articles rather than long chapters, it is a fairly light read. It is ideal reading material for things like train journeys or if someone just wants to read something short before going to bed. Failing that, it will make pretty good toilet paper.

Synopsis
We’ve all sat in the pub and put the world to rights over a few pints. We’ve all got an opinion on important matters. We all agree that everyone else in the world is fundamentally stupid. Or is it just me?
Being a web designer, racing driver and generally grumpy individual, I have an opinion on most subject matters and would like to get on my soapbox and offer an explanation on subjects including:
Why going to school is bad for your education.
Why being mugged is preferable to going to a nightclub.
Why eating is damaging the environment.
Why people who drive a Nissan Micra should be locked up.
This collection of satirical rants cover pretty much all subjects; from current affairs and politics to celebrities, cars and the business world. Nobody is safe. These articles are guaranteed to amuse or offend… either is fine by me.
