Why I wrote this book
I have wanted to write all my life but my ambition has been thwarted by having to earn a living by other means. People should read my book because it is set in the seventh century which is a neglected period and yet represents the start of the culture we enjoy today. The Romans had gone; the Saxon raids had eased; St. Augustine had arrived; it was time to start building on Britain's fragile foundations and young Botolph was destined to become the wisest and holiest man in the land. As such he was a major player and led the way forwards. He was revered for many hundreds of years afterwards but then sadly forgotten. My book remembers him. My piece of passion is about the man himself and his worthiness to be recognised.
Please note the RRP of the book is £8.99 but there is a £3 special order surcharge that we can't avoid. You maybe able to get this book cheaper by using our Book Price Comparison Engine.
