John Roberts
John Roberts studied at London University and went on to work in schools across England and Scotland. At the age of 40 he took a gap year and travelled through India, Nepal, Kashmir and Ladakh, ending up in Alice Springs. Since then he has concentrated his travel in northern lands: Greenland, Iceland, Svalbard, the Faroes and Karelia. He lives in the Yorkshire Pennines.
