Nigel Plane
I am 49, was born in Leicestershire and have lived there all my life and have worked in financial services since leaving college thirty years ago.
I have written several short stories, some of which have been short listed in various competitions and appear in this volume. I draw inspiration for my writing through my passion for history both ancient and modern, as well as through walking and photographing the English landscape.
I have a particular fondness for West Berkshire, Wiltshire, Northumbria and Norfolk and these areas often form the basis for my stories. I am currently working on my first novel.
